摘要
某引进的进口型号柴油机其凸轮轴采用国产钢材生产加工,加工中发现钢材内部的冶金缺陷对凸轮轴的寿命有较大影响。对此,对钢材内非金属夹杂物等内部冶金缺陷进行分析,并给出有针对性的质量控制与管理思路。
An imported type of diesel engine used domestically-produced steel to machine the camshaft, which appeared to have metallurgical defects and had bad influence on the life of the camshaft. The metallurgical defects such as non-metallic inclusions are studied,and effective quality control and management method is given.
