摘要
从风格的内涵出发,总结了国内外风格翻译的研究成果,阐明了翻译中风格再现的重要性,并着重对法律英语的风格进行详细分析,指出法律英语的翻译要遵循准确、严谨、统一的原则,同时实现语义和风格的对等。
The author summarizes the domestic and overseas research achievements of style translation in the essay and demonstrates the importance and significance of stylistic equivalence in legal English translation. While translating legal texts,a translator should keep to the standard of preciseness,rigorousness and consistency,trying to realize the semantic and stylistic equivalence as well.
