Path to improve the core competitiveness of undergraduates based on the vision of “excellence project”

在"卓越计划"视野下,工程实践能力和创新意识,成为本科生的核心竞争力。但在培养过程中普遍存在一些局限性,我们应注重从强化教师工程能力、企业深度参与制定培养计划、开发课程、编写教材、理论教学服务实践教学、加大实验室开放、实验室管理科学化等方面实现对本科生核心竞争力的提升。

Engineering practice ability and innovation consciousness have become the core competitiveness of undergraduates based on'Excellence Project'. However,some limits still exist during the training process. In order to improve the core competitiveness of undergraduates,we have to lay emphasis on strengthening teachers' abilities of Engineering,Enterprises training program,developing curriculum,compiling textbooks,theory teaching giving service to practical teaching,increasing the opening time of laboratories,scientizing laboratory management and so on.
