摘要
以动机论为视角,结合高级英语的目标要求,分析和探讨造成学生缺乏学习动力和热情的原因。认为,由于对高级英语的性质定位不准,加上课程本身的难度,面临考研、考级、就业等多重压力的学生缺乏学好该课程的动力。因此,在高级英语的教学过程中,教师要善于从语言、学习者、学习情境三个层面入手进行有效干预,激发学生的学习动机,最终提高高级英语的教学效果。
From the perspective of motivation theory,this paper analyzes the reasons of the students' loss of study motivation and enthusiasm based on the goals and requirements of this course. This paper holds that due to the incorrect understanding of the nature of Advanced English plus the difficulty of the course itself,students lack the motive of learning when facing the pressures of graduate entrance examination,TEM8 preparation and employment. So, in the process of teaching Advanced English,teachers' effective involvement from the three levels of language,learners and learning situation is conducive to inspiring students learning motivation.
