The paper analyzes the factors that form good study ethos in colleges and universities, trying to show that the construction of study ethos in a school is a systematic project. Good study ethos in a school should be developed from many respects such as the curriculum arrangement, the teaching ethos, the attitudes towards the examination, the way of stimulating the students' impetus and improving their own taste for culture and so on.
