非学前教育专业幼儿教师入职适应的个案研究

摘要 通过对非学前专业幼儿教师入职适应过程的叙事研究,探析影响非学前教育幼儿教师入职适应的影响因素,发现把幼教当作事业而不仅是当作职业的这份追求是教师入职适应的先决条件,教师的个人生活史为教师入职适应奠定了基础,专业自主发展的意识是幼儿教师专业发展的关键,同伴交流是教师专业成长的重要途径。
