物理教师专业化发展的思考

摘要 物理教师专业化是教师个体发展的内在需要,是教师教育改革的要求。本文分析了物理教师的专业化内涵及其结构,提出了物理教师专业化发展的对策:一是树立专业化信念,二是建立教师共同体,三是深化教师教育课程改革,四是实现教师教育一体化。
