摘要
以人力资源管理理论为基础,以JT公司正式员工为样本,通过问卷调查搜集绩效考核应用程度评价指标,使用统计软件对数据进行处理,构建员工绩效考核应用程度评价体系,采用综合模糊评价的方法对JT公司员工绩效考核应用程度进行定量分析。
This article collects the indexes of employee's appraisal through the questionnaire survey,which is based on the theory of human resources management.Then it settles the data using statistics software.Based on the data,the article constructs evaluation index system of the impact of the applications of employee's appraisal.The approach of fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation is used to analyze the variance of employee's appraisal in JT Steel Co.,Ltd.
