一种用于压裂返排液的PCSSA絮凝剂的制备及其絮凝性能评价

Preparation and Property Characterization of PCSSA Flocculant for Fracturing Waste Fluid

合成了一种用于压裂返排液的PCSSA絮凝剂,并将其与无机絮凝剂聚合氯化铁铝(PAFC)和有机絮凝剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)进行复合,对其在压裂返排液中的絮凝性能进行了综合比较评价。研究结果表明,PCSSA絮凝剂具有比常规絮凝剂更好的絮凝效果,与PAFC和CPAM复配后可进一步提高絮凝性能。PCSSA、PCSSA/CPAM(P/C)和PCSSA/PAFC(P/P)对压裂返排液样品的CODCr去除率分别为89.5%、91.2%和92.9%。PCSSA/PAFC对压裂返排液的絮凝处理效果最好,经处理后清液的浊度、色度以及悬浮物含量分别为2.0NTU、9.4°和9.2mg/L。

A PCSSA flocculant is synthesized for the flocculation treatment of fracturing waste fluid.Its flocculation properties are characterized by combining with norganic flocculant PAFC and organic flocculent CPAM.The results show that PCSSA flocculant has more excellent property than other common flocculants.Especially,when PCSSA is composited with PAFC or CPAM,the flocculation property is prominent.After fracturing waste fluid is treated with PCSSA,PCSSA/CPAM(P/C)and PCSSA/PAFC(P/P),removal rate of CODcr is 89.5%、91.2%and 92.9%respectively.In these flocculants,PCSSA/PAFC is the best for treatment of fracturing waste fluid.The turbidity,chromaticity and suspended solids content of treated samples are 2.0NTU,9.4degree and 9.2mg/L respectively.
