Production safety is the lifeline of every industry, especially in the construction industry. Whether strengthen the safety management is in place or not related to the success or failure of the whole construction. In this article, the author proposes suggestions aim at the existing problems in the safety management, and hope to establish a safety management system and formulate a series of measures of safety management control procedures to ensure the safe and effective manageement included in the management system of engineering construction.
