本文在笔者从事建筑施工多年工作的基础上,发现我国中小型建筑企业的人力资源管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进对策,供广大读者参考与借鉴。

This paper on the basis of the author is engaged in the construction work for many years, finds problems of human resource management in China’s small and medium sized construction enterprises, and proposes the corresponding improvement countermeasure, to give some references for readers.
