抗菌药物结晶性头孢噻呋游离酸最新研究进展

摘要头孢噻呋作为第三代头孢菌素的代表药物因其广谱抗菌效果被广泛使用,头孢噻呋钠具有药效持久的特点,它在动物体内可与蛋白质进行可逆性结合,形成杀菌力库存,并且头孢噻呋分子结构稳定,不易产生抗药性或交叉抗药性,而被广泛的应用在兽医临床上.美国瑞辉公司推出了头孢噻呋新剂型:Excede,即结晶性头孢噻呋游离酸(ceftiofur crystalline free acid,简写CCFA),这种药物给药部位很独特,第一种对给药部位与头部相连的耳朵基部(BOE),第二种给药部位是采用耳朵背部1/3处注射药物(MOE).给动物单剂量注射CCFA后,可以在7天内维持较高的血药浓度,而且因其独特的注射部位和良好的消除半衰期,动物的注射部位的药物残留小,此药主要用于泌乳牛时,使用药物后牛奶不存在废弃气期.在国内,关于GGFA的药物报道很少,因此对CCFA的研究进展进行了概括.
