面对高校图书馆对外开放越来越高的呼声,高校图书馆与社会公众存在两种不同的看法。文章指出我国高校图书馆对外开放过程中所存在的问题,分析了造成这些问题的原因,并探讨了治理这些问题的机制,以期推动高校图书馆的对外开放工作。

With the ever-raising voice of public opinion,the university library has been playing more and more roles in the development of society.The article points out the existing problems of university libraries opening to society in China,analyzes the causes of the problems above-mentioned,and probes into the managerial mechanisms so as to encourage university libraries to open to society.
