Starting with the analysis of the advantages of the service functions of mobile libraries,this paper probes into the advantages of the wide application of mobile phones in library reader service.The author of the article holds that the long-term service mechanism of the application of mobile phones should be strengthened,the training education to the readers should be regularly carried out,and the management mode of IC card and the services of public welfare,free services should be encouraged in university libraries.
