摘要 当前,高校教师学术不端行为愈演愈烈,其重要原因在于高校激励、评价机制的扭曲和缺失。创造性契约从教师的个体差异性出发,尊重教师的学术选择,它集差异性与灵活性、创造性与反思性、责任性与道德性于一体,对遏制教师学术不端行为,促进教师学术的健康发展起着重要作用。 At present,university teachers’ academic misconduct intensifying,and the important reason is that the distortion and lack of incentives and assessment mechanism in colleges and universities,creative contract starting from the teacher’s individual differences,respect the teachers’ academic options,it sets the diversity and flexibility,creativity and reflective,responsibility and morality in a body,to curb academic misconduct teachers,promote the healthy development of the academic teachers play an important role.
