摘要
随着全民健身运动的迅速发展,在积极参与锻炼的同时如何准确的评价锻炼效果值得思考。大学生作为一个具有代表性的群体,如何对自身体适能状况进行经常性的有效监督是值得探讨的问题。研究提出的自测指标不需要专业仪器且操作简单,便于大学生经常性进行自我测评。同时分析了自评体系操作过程中的难点问题和发展趋势,为该项研究后续发展提出几点建议。
With rapid development of nationwide fitness programs,how to evaluate their exercise effect when the people participated in exercises was a question worth to be studied. College students, as a special group, how to self-evaluate their exercise effect frequently worthy to be discussed. This paper put forward index system of self-measures, which do not need instrument and can easy operation. And analysis the difficult problems and development of the system. which provides suggestions for further researches.
