摘要
疲劳失效是低压电器寿命试验验证中最为常见的一种失效形式。合理的结构设计是保证机械零件疲劳寿命的基础。以隔离开关为例,通过理论计算、Algor软件有限元分析和试验验证相结合的方法分析了疲劳失效现象,针对分析结果进行隔离开关结构优化并验证可行性。
Fatigue failure is one of the most common types of failure during low voltage apparatus life test. Reasonable structure design is basic to ensure the fatigue life of machine parts. The fatigue failure phenomenon in the life test of switch-disconnector was expatiated through theoretical calculation,Algor simulation software of finite element analysis and experimental validation. The structure of switch-disconnector was optimized and verified based on the results of the analysis.
