摘要
为了实现电能的合理配置,促进节能减排和可持续发展,更好地适应智能电网和用电管理模式发展的需要,研究开发一种基于AMI模型,采用3G/4G移动通信网络接入方式,集双向电能计量、电能质量监控和用电保护功能于一体的网络化智能低压配电终端,为电力用户提供全方位的用电管理、智能保护和互动控制。现研究开发的终端采用Android操作系统,具有良好软硬件可扩展性,通过网络可进行远程配置和软件更新。
In order to realize the rational allocation of energy,promote energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development,better adapt to the needs of the development of the smart grid and electricity management model,it is necessary to develop a kind of network intelligent low voltage power distribution terminal. The terminal adopts the access methods of 3G /4G mobile communication network,based on AMI model and collects bi-directional energy metering,power quality monitoring and power protection functions together,providing power users with a full range of power management,intelligent protection and interactive control. The terminal adapting Android operating system uses a modular structure. It has a good hardware and software scalability,implementing remote configuration and software update via the network.
