摘要 运用三维软件UG和有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench对舰用中压真空断路器固封极柱建立冲击模型,采用瞬态动力学分析模块对模型进行仿真。在仿真的基础上,分别从固封极柱机械强度校核和形变两方面分析在垂直载荷作用下固封极柱的冲击响应,根据冲击试验中断路器固封极柱开裂的问题,对固封极柱结构进行优化设计,为项目设计提供参考。 The impact simulation model of medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker in naval ships was established by the three-dimensional software UG and finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench,making the dynamic simulation to this model with transient structure. The impact response of solid-sealed polar pole was analyzed respectively from the aspect of mechanism stress and deformation. Then based on the problem occurred in the shock tests of solid-sealed polar pole in circuit breaker,the structure of solid-sealed polar pole was optimized by using simulation software to provide a reference for the design.
