摘要
设计了一种基于PLC的三位置双电源自动转换开关装置。采用PLC作为控制器,实现了电源I优先供电、电源II优先供电、手动控制、自动控制多种控制模式以及实现通信方式参数在线监测和远程参数配置的功能。在设计时充分考虑船用环境的要求,对控制器的抗冲击和振动要求进行适应性设计。试验证明,所设计的双电源自动转换开关装置满足多种控制模式,具有故障报警、通信、多种控制模式,以及遥控、遥测、遥信等功能,能满足船用环境的要求。
This article designed a PLC-based three-position dual source automatic transfer switch equipment( ATSE). By using a PLC as controller,it achieves many control modes such as the source I priority power supply,the source II priority power supply,manual control,automatic control and achieves online parameter and remote parameter configuration functions by communication monitoring. Fully taking marine environmental requirements into account,it makes an adaptive design of the controller for shock and vibration requirements. The tests prove that the design of shipping-used dual source automatic transfer switch has a variety of control modes,fault alarm,communications functions,with remote control,telemetry,etc.,and can meet the marine environmental requirements.
