密封型接触器触头粘接现象的机理分析 被引量:1

摘要 结合800型交流密封型接触器,对造成密封型接触器触头粘接现象的机理进行分析。通过阻性负载时接触器触头不易造成触头粘接现象,而容性负载时接触器触头在闭合时产生的大电流极易造成触头粘接现象。为了提高应用的可靠性,对密封型接触器的使用提出了建议。对接触器触头稳定闭合后施加脉冲电流,结果表明,接触器触头再发生粘接的可能性要小得多。 Combined with an AC sealed contactor of type 800. This paper analyzed the adhesion mechanism of sealed contactors. Through the test of resistive load or capacitive load,it was found that contact's adhesion is not easy to be caused when on resistive load,while the adhesion is very easy to be caused when on capacitive load and the contact is in closed,causing a big current. In order to improve the application reliability,some suggestion was proposed for the use of sealed contactor. The pulse current was exerted on the contact when it is in stable closed. The results show that it is less possible to cause contact adhesion once again.
