摘要
本文介绍了当前终端通信问题定位方法和故障解决手段,然后提出了一种采集终端底层信令数据,结合核心网络层信令数据联合定位终端通信问题的方法。通过提出一种终端上的分组抓取分析技术,可实现终端无线信令和IP信令的联动分析。调用终端驱动层功能,开发并实现了终端通信问题自动诊断应用模块,创新终端远程控制及修复技术,最大限度缩短了用户终端通信问题定位和修复的时间,有效避免了用户将终端问题转化为网络问题而产生恶意投诉,提升了用户对网络的感知。
The paper describes the current terminal communication problems and fault solutions,then a collection terminal underlying signaling data,combined with the core network layer signaling data,joint positioning terminal communication problem.The packet capture analysis techniques on the terminal is proposed,which can achieve the terminal wireless signaling and IP signaling linkage analysis.Through calling the terminal driver layer function,designing and implementing the terminal communication problem of automatic diagnosis application module,innovating terminal remote control and restoration techniques,which maximum shorts of the user terminal communication problems locating and fixing time,and effectively avoids the user terminal is transformed into the problem of network problems arising from malicious complaints.Ultimately the user’s network-aware is enhanced.
