Current situation,Problems and Strategies for Management of China’s Fiscal Expenditure to Science and technology

加强财政科技支出管理,不仅能够提高财政科技经费的使用效率,也是推动我国自主创新和深化财政体制改革的重要手段。从我国当前财政科技支出管理的现状出发,分析财政科技支出管理过程中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出加强我国财政科技支出管理的对策,具有十分重要的现实意义。

Reinforcing the management of the fiscal expenditure to science and technology is not only the way to increase the efficiency of fiscal outlay to science and technology,but also the way to push forward the independent innovation and promote the fiscal system reform in China.Based on the current situation of the management of fiscal expenditure to science and technology,this paper first analyzed the problems existing in it and then put forward the related countermeasures about reinforcing it which makes realistic sense in China.
