消炎生肌膏促进低位肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Xiaoyanshengji Ointment for Promoting Wound Healing After Operation of Low Perianal Abscess

目的观察消炎生肌膏促进低位肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法按随机数字表将患者分成治疗组50例,对照组50例。手术均为低位肛周脓肿切开术。治疗组患者自术后第1天开始用消炎生肌膏换药,对照组患者自术后第1天开始用雷弗诺尔纱条换药。分别记录用药前及用药后第3、5、7天2组病例创面疼痛、创缘水肿和创面渗液积分情况;用药后第15天、第20天测算创面愈合率;创面愈合时间;用药后第28天观察总体疗效。结果用药后第3、5、7天两组创面疼痛、创缘水肿,创面渗液积分方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05),用药后第15天与用药后第20天创面愈合率均差异显著(P<0.05),2组间创面愈合时间有显著性差异(P<0.05),用药后第28天总体疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论消炎生肌膏能有效缓解术后创面疼痛、创缘水肿,减少创面渗液,促进创面愈合。它对低位肛周脓肿术后创面有良好的治疗作用,疗效优于雷弗诺尔纱条,是一种安全有效的中药制剂。

Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoyanshengji ointment on wound healing after operation of low perianal abscess.Methods 100 patients were randomly assigned to treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=50).All patients received operation of low perianal abscess.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyanshengji ointment on wounds from the first day after the operation,and the control group was given Rivanol from the same day.The changes of anal ache,anal swelling and wound exudate of two groups were recorded before the operation and the 3rd,5th and 7th day after the operation.The wound healing rate and wound healing time were detected at the 15th and 20th day after the operation.The total curative effects were observed at the 28th day after the operation.Results There were significant differences in anal ache,anal swelling and wound exudate score between the two groups(P&lt;0.05).The wound healing rates at the 15th and 20th day after the operation were significantly different(P&lt;0.05).There was significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P&lt;0.05).There was significant difference in total curative effect at the 28th day after the operation between the two groups(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyanshengji ointment could effectively relieve the anal ache and anal swelling,reduce wound exudate and promote wound healing.It has promoting effect on wound healing after operation of low perianal abscess,and the curative effect is better than that of Rivanol.Xiaoyanshengji ointment is a secure and efficient traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
