职业教育实训资源建设的“四性规范”探究

The Research of "Four Normative" about Vocational Education Training Resources Construction

本文针对目前职业教育实训资源建设难以兼具教学特性和岗位技能训练特性这一问题,提出实训资源建设的工业性、系统性、先进性、延展性四性规范。并通过范例设计证明了以四性规范作为标准的实训资源设备,工业性强,非常适用于项目化课程建设。

In this paper,aiming at the general phenomenon that vocational education training resources construction is difficult for both teaching characteristics and job skills training characteristics,four normative is proposed to guide training resources construction,that is " industry,systematic,advanced,scalability ".It is proved by a practice example that the training resources,which taking four normative as criterion,is industrial and very suitable for the construction of the curriculum based projects.
