浅析高校青年专业教师如何做好班导师

How to be a good class tutor as a young professional teacher in colleges

随着高校的快速发展和教学改革的不断深入,班导师作为直接参与学生工作的实施者,对于高校人才的培养至关重要。目前,我国高校相继建立了班导师制度,许多高学历青年专业教师被聘任为班导师。本文通过分析青年专业教师的优势,就青年专业教师如何从思想和专业方面做好班导师提出了自己的看法。

With the rapid development of Chinese college and the deepening of reform in education,the class tutor,as a direct executor of student management,is decisive in talent cultivation in colleges.Currently,class tutor system has been established in Chinese colleges successively,and young teachers who have been just graduated from the universities have been arranged as class tutors in many colleges.Therefore,this paper analyzed the advantages of young teachers,and put forward their own views on how to be a good class tutor as a young teacher in colleges from ethical and professional aspects.
