摘要
通过调查分析医学毕业生到基层医疗机构就业的意向和影响因素,发现影响毕业生到基层医疗机构就业的主要因素有福利待遇、工作环境和生活环境。积极宣传基层医院发展前景,开展有效就业指导,制定相关就业政策,可以有效解决基层缺乏医学人才的困境。
Through the investigation and analysis of medical graduates to the grassroots medical institutions employment inten-tion and influence,we find out the main factors affecting graduates to the grassroots medical institutions employment benefits, working environment and living environment.Actively promote the development prospect of hospitals,carry out effective em-ployment guidance,formulate relevant employment policy can effectively solve the lack of grassroots medical personnel's dilem-ma.
