The Reconstruction of the Theory of Legal Science Speciality Practice——The Eighth Thesis of Guangxi Normal University“Law” National Characteristic Specialty Construction Achievements

法学专业本科教育中学生实践教育不足、学生解决实际案件能力差已经成为制约法学专业学生综合素质提高的一个重要问题。而专业实习可以有效弥补这些方面的不足,提高学生的实务操作能力和综合法学素养。但由于认识上的单一和功能上的求全,当前法学本科教育专业实习体现为日益严重的形式化倾向,传统的专业实习模式已经不能适应法学人才培养的需要,为此专业实习要实现法学专业实习模式的创新,完成实习基地建设、时间规划、内容递进、评价体制等各方面的转换。

Law bachelor education is lack of practice,students' poor ability to solve practical cases has become one of the most important problems to improve the quality of legal science specialized students' comprehensive,professional internship can effectively make up for any deficiencies in these areas,improve the students' practice ability and comprehensive quality of law.But because of the single and function on the knowledge of perfection,the current undergraduate education of law professional practice embodied in the increasingly serious tendency of formalization,the traditional pattern of specialized practice already can not adapt to the need of talent cultivation of law,for professional practice in order to realize legal science specialized practice patterns of innovation,to complete the conversion of practice base construction,time planning,content and evaluation system and so on.
