高校经济困难生社团参与价值探索

A Research on the Value of Participation in Associations of College Students from Low-Income Families

促进经济困难学生全面发展是高校资助工作的最终目的。经过多年探索,虽然在经济困难学生"经济支持"上取得了长足进展,但在"素质支持"上的成效却不够显著。通过对经济困难学生社团参与现状的分析,认为经济困难学生参与社团活动对其综合素质的提高有重要意义。提出促进经济困难学生社团参与的具体途径,即加强经济困难学生社团参与的经济支持,提高社团活动质量,培养民主和谐的社团文化。

Promoting the all-round development of the students from low-income families is the ultimate purpose of college funded work.Years of exploration finds that,although considerable progress has been made in the "financial support",the effect in the"quality support"is not significant.Based on the analysis of the current situation of association participation of the students from the low-income families,the paper believes that these students’ participation in association activities is of importance to improve their overall qualities.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward the concrete ways to encourage their participation in associations,namely,strengthening economic support for these students,improving the quality of training activities,and establishing democratic and harmonious association culture.
