Chain store has become the major channel of domestic appliance retail.Applying Porter's Five Forces Model,the paper analyzes the competitive situation of chain industry of domestic appliance,brings up the major problems which domestic chain enterprises are facing,and presents a series of strategic pro-posals about the problems to promote the healthy development of domestic chain enterprises.
