从“花果山”到“大观园”——理想人生与社会现实之比较

摘要 《西游记》中的孙悟空在花果山自由自在的生活,后来幸运地走上取经的道路,西行途中得到众神的慷慨相助,最终既为社会作出贡献也实现了自己的人生价值。孙悟空的人生经历体现了在明代心学思想影响下,以吴承恩为代表的文人士子对人生的美好憧憬。《红楼梦》中生活在大观园的贾宝玉,向往纯情任性,厌恶仕途经济,却被家庭责任、父命母爱、家族利益牢牢束缚,最终绝望弃世。贾宝玉的人生姿态体现了在清代严苛的社会文化背景下,遭受家庭巨变的曹雪芹对现实社会的理性思考。 Sun Wu-kong in Pilgrimage to the West lived in freedom in Flower-Fruit Mountain,then luckily went on a pilgrimage for Buddhist scriptures.With the generous help of immortals,finally he not only made a contribution to the society but also realized the value of his life.Sun Wu-kong’s experience im-plies a wonderful vision of literati who Wu Cheng-en represented toward life under the influence of heart-mind theory in the Ming Dynasty.Jia Bao-yu inADreamofRedMansion lived in Grand-View Garden.He was innocent and headstrong in nature and hates the official career.However,he was stuck with the burden of familial obligation,parents’commands and love and family interest.Finally he turned to Buddhism in de-spair.Jia Bao-yu’s attitude embodied the rational thought of Cao Xue-qin suffering from family upheaval toward the reality under the severe and culture background in the Qing Dynasty.The cultural mentality of salvation of the traditional Chinese literati is reflected by both of the two artistic images.
