Practice and Application of Media-Focused Cases in the Legal Teaching

媒体关注类案件在法学教学中具有重要地位,它们是激发学生学习法学兴趣最有效的方式,是提高学生法学实践技能的最佳切入点,是普及法治精神最生动的教材。当前,法学实践教学中存在部分教师不敢大胆运用媒体关注类案件、大多数学生对媒体关注类案件高度关注得不到满足、缺少适合课堂教学的媒体关注类案件等问题。针对这些问题,应以工学结合的人才培养模式为契机,转变观念大胆尝试,建设好校内与校外两个课堂;强化参与意识和分析能力,快速融入角色;精心选用成熟媒体关注类案件,发挥其教育导向作用。在不断探索新媒体的条件下,媒体关注类案件在法学教学中的实践和应用会提升法学实践教学的质量和效果。

Media-focused cases play an important role in the legal practice teaching.They can motivate students’interest,increase their practical skill and ability,and popularize the spirit of rule of law.At pres-ent,in the legal teaching there exist some problems:some teachers do not dare to utilize these cases,students’high attention to them cannot be met,such cases as can be used in class are few,etc.Aiming at these problems, the paper offers some suggestions,such as changing ideas and attempting to build two classrooms of in and outside school based on the talent training mode of work-study combination,strengthening the sense of participation and analytical ability,and carefully choosing mature cases so that they can fully play their edu-cational roles.With the help of new media,the practice and application of media-focused cases in the legal teaching will improve definitely the quality and effect of legal practice teaching.
