团体心理咨询对高职学生就业压力的干预研究

Intervention Research on Group Counseling for Higher Vocational College Students' Employment Pressure

为探究团体心理咨询对缓解高职学生就业压力的作用,通过前后测实验设计,采用不同结构化程度的团体咨询对高职学生的就业压力进行干预,干预前后分别施测就业压力问卷。结果显示:相比非结构式团体咨询,结构式团体咨询能显著降低高职学生的就业压力水平。因此,结构式团体心理咨询是一种有效降低高职学生就业压力的途径,可在各高职院校推广使用。

In order to explore the effect of group counseling for the employment pressure of higher vo-cational college students,researchers made an experimental design of pre-test and post-test,and used group counseling of different structures to intervene in students ’ employment pressure. The results showed that,compared with non-structured group counseling,structured group counseling could signifi-cantly reduce the degree of their employment pressure.Therefore,structured group counseling is an effec-tive way in this field and can be spread and used in vocational colleges.
