This paper mainly introduced the process and its structure and function of a set of multimedia CAI system based on Web technology,and described its system development,application and function module.The function and needs of the system were analyzed,the flow chart was planned,and the framework was built to achieve the established function.The significance of constructing system is to break the traditional classroom teaching.So teaching is no longer limited by space and time.
