卡介菌多糖核酸联合地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹并发过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

Studies on Treating Allergic Rhinitis Complicated with Chronic Urticaria by BCG Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid Combined with Desloratadine

目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸肌肉注射联合地氯雷他定内服治疗慢性荨麻疹并发过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法治疗组口服地氯雷他定5mg,一日一次,每早8时口服,连服6周,同时肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸注射液0.35mg,隔日一次,连续12周为一个疗程。对照组口服地氯雷他定5mg,一日一次,每早8时口服,连服6周。结果治疗组有效率82.5%,对照组有效率60.0%。结论卡介菌多糖核酸肌肉注射联合地氯雷他定内服治疗慢性荨麻疹并发过敏性鼻炎安全有效。

Objective To research the curative effect of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid injection com-bined with desloratadine in treating chronic urticaria patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods For patients in treatment group,desloratadine 5 mg was orally administered at 8 o’clock in the morning once a day for continuous 6 weeks,at the same time,intramuscular injecting BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid 0.35 mg once every other day for a treatment course of 12 weeks.While,for patients in control group,deslorata-dine 5 mg was administered orally at 8 o’clock in the morning for continuous six weeks.Results The ef-fective rate of treatment group was 82.5%,and that of control group was 60%.Conclusion BCG-poly-saccharide nucleic acid injection combined with desloratadine in treating chronic urticaria patients with al-lergic rhinitis is safe and effective.
