摘要
针对汽车燃油喷射泵上的关键零件——小阀座的磨削工艺要求,设计出了一种数控精密内锥面磨床控制系统。系统采用台达EH2系列高功能型PLC作为控制核心,台达A系列10.4"触摸屏作为人机界面,台达VFD-V系列变频器驱动电动砂轮轴,三菱MR-J2S系列通用伺服组成双轴交流伺服系统。文章分析了各控制画面下的控制功能,创建了基于HMI环境下的人机界面控制画面的设计方法。
Aiming at the requirements of the grinding process for small valve seat which is the key parts of automobile fuel injection pump,it designed a precision control system for the CNC Inner cone grinder. The system uses Delta EH2 series high function PLC as the control core,Delta A series 10.4' touch screen as the human-machine interface,Delta VFD-V series inverter drive electric wheel shaft,Mitsubishi MR-J2S Series Universal servo biaxial exchange the servo system. The Author of this paper analyzes the control functions behind the screen,and it established a design method based on the interface control screen in the HMI environment.
