隔震项目总承包模式研究

隔震建筑具有良好的抗震性能,但目前建造数量较少,设计、施工、项目管理等方面均缺乏经验。针对这种技术研究与工程普及相脱节的问题,采取将总承包模式引入隔震项目建造的措施,以达到保证工程质量、降低成本、缩短工期,便于项目后期管理的目的。促进隔震技术的推广和业主选择有价值的承包商。

Isolation structure’s good seismic performance has been affirmed,but the number of isolation structure is still very less at present,design,construction and project management are lack of experience In order to solve that problem the disconnection of technology research and the engineering popularization,the general contracting mode to the isolation project construction as a measure. We do that in order to guarantee engineering quality,reduce the cost and shorten the implementation duration . At the same time it will be easier for project management of later stage. We should promote the extension of isolation technology and to choose the valuable contractor for the owner.
