摘要
本文用密闭爆发器作为检测推进剂燃烧性能的实验装置,探索了高燃速无机盐SY对复合改性双基火药的燃烧催化作用,发现SY对提高燃速具有明显的效果,但对燃速压力指数带来了不利的影响。通过对添加SY的火药做DSC曲线研究催化机理发现,焓变量增大、分解温度也降低了一点使得反应更彻底,因此燃速加快。
Using the closed vessel as the experimental equipment to detecting the combustion effection of solid propellant,exploring the catalytic effect of Inorganic salt SY with high speed for compound modified double-base propellant,found that SY had remarkable catalytic effect and ability to raise the burning rate,however had bad impact to burning rate pressure exponent.The catalytic mechanism of SY was studied by DSC,found a rise in enthalpy variability and a lilttle decrease in decomposition temperature made reaction completely,thus raised the burning rate.
