双黄连口服液抗大鼠非特异性炎症作用的研究

Study of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid on Effects for Anti- Rat Nonspecific Inflammation

目的:探讨双黄连口服液的抗炎、解热作用,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:以阿司匹林、清热解毒口服液为阳性对照品,分别用蛋清和2%二硝基苯乙醇制备大鼠足跖肿胀的非特异性炎症和高热模型,用双黄连口服液和阳性对照药物分别对两种模型的大鼠进行治疗,考察双黄连口服液对大鼠非特异性炎症和高热的治疗作用。结果:高、中、低剂量双黄连口服液和阳性对照药物阿司匹林对蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀的非特异性炎症均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05)。不同剂量的双黄连口服液对2%二硝基苯乙醇所致大鼠高热的解热作用特点不同,中剂量双黄连口服液,在致热60 min后即表现出显著的解热效果(P<0.05),致热90 min至实验结束,表现出极显著解热效果(P<0.01);高剂量和低剂量双黄连口服液组于致热90 min至实验结束,均表现出显著的解热效果(P<0.05);阳性对照药物清热解毒口服液于致热150 min后,表现出显著的解热效果(P<0.05)。结论:双黄连口服液具有抗炎、解热作用,临床上可以用于抗炎、解热的治疗。

Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory,antipyretic effect of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid,as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:Taking aspirin,qingrejiedu oral liquid as positive control products,Rat foot plantar swelling nonspecific inflammation and fever models were prepared by egg whites and 2% dinitrobenzene ethanol,Two kinds of model rats were respectively treated by Shuanghuanglian oral liquid and the positive control drugs.Therapeutic effects of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid on rats with nonspecific inflammation and high fever were investigated.Results:The high,medium and low doses of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid and the positive control drug aspirin had significantly inhibitory effects for rats foot plantar swelling nonspecific inflammation caused by egg white(P&lt; 0.05).Different doses of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid had different characteristics of antipyretic effects for high heat rats caused by 2% Dinitrobenzene ethanol,the medium dose of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid showed significant antipyretic effect after heating 60 min(P &lt; 0.05),At heating to 90 min and until the end of experiment,showing very significant antipyretic effect(P &lt; 0.01);High dose and low dose of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid groups showed significant antipyretic effects(P &lt; 0.05) in heating to 90 min and until the end of experiment;Positive control drug Qingrejiedu Oral Liquid showed the significant antipyretic effect(P &lt; 0.05) after heating 150 min.Conclusion:Shuanghuanglian oral liquid has the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects,It can be used for clinical anti-inflammatory,antipyretic treatments.
