目的:总结23G玻璃体切割术的护理配合要点及手术特点。方法:回顾性分析47例23G玻璃体切割术患者的临床资料,总结手术特点和护理经验。结果:47例手术均顺利完成,术中无意外发生,手术效果满意。结论:对施行23G玻璃体切割术的患者加强术前准备、术中配合与观察、术后处理与健康指导,是保证手术成功的重要措施。

0bjective:To summarize nursing with the main points and surgical characteristics of 23-gaugepars planavitr ectomy(PPV).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 47 cases of 23-gauge pars plana vitrectomy(PPV) in patients with clinical data.To summari zesurgical characteristics and nursing experience.Results: 47 cases of surgeries were successfully completed,surgeries are no accident and surgical results were satisfactory.Conclusion:To reinforce the preoperative preparation,operative cooperation and observation,postoperative treatment and health guidance.It’s an important measure to ensuresurgical success.
