血红素加氧酶-1与病毒感染相互作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血红素加氧酶-1(Heme oxygenase-1,HO-1)是血红素代谢的限速酶,也称为热休克蛋白32(Heat shock protein 32,HSP32),能被多种刺激因素诱导表达,具有细胞保护作用。研究发现病毒感染可调控HO-1的表达,HO-1的上调表达也可对抗病毒的感染,进而发挥其对细胞的保护作用。尽管HO-1与病毒相互作用的分子机制尚不清楚,但是HO-1与病毒感染的相关性研究已取得了一些成果,可为病毒性疾病的治疗提供新的方法。从病毒感染对HO-1表达的影响和HO-1的表达对病毒感染的影响两方面阐述了HO-1与病毒相互作用的研究进展。 Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) catalysis is the rate-limiting step in the degradation of heme and is identical to heat shock protein 32(HSP32).HO-1 is a cytoprotective enzyme that can be induced by many stimulus.Some studies have revealed that HO-1 plays its beneficial role in the course of certain virus infection through disturbing virus replication,while virus also can regulate the expression of HO-1.Although the molecular mechanism for HO-1 and virus interaction is not completely clear so far,the studies on correlative between HO-l and virus infection have made great progress,which will provide a potential therapeutic approach to virus-induced diseases.The studies on correlative between the expression of HO-1 and virus infection were reviewed from two aspects,the effects of virus infection on the HO-1 expression and the effects of HO-1 induction on virus replication.
