香稻两用核不育系琼香-1S空间诱变效应分析

摘要 为了改变香稻两用核不育系琼香-1S不抗白叶枯病的缺点,通过搭载返回式卫星将琼香-1S种子送入太空,在多种特殊综合因素作用下诱发突变。调查SP0、SP1、SP2、SP3和SP4代的主要农艺性状;利用不同SSR引物进行分子水平检测,检测到11份太空诱变后代(SP4代)与留地原种琼香-1S的DNA扩增条带存在差别,说明香稻两用核不育系琼香-1S发生了变异。并对琼香-1S及其变异后代(SP4代)进行白叶枯病抗性鉴定,筛选出免疫、高抗、抗白叶枯病的不育材料,对于更好地选育优质抗病水稻新组合具有较大实际生产意义。 To change the defaults such as having no resistance to bacterial leaf blight of dual purpose nucleus sterile line aromatic rice Qiongxiang-1S,seeds were sent into space by recoverable satellite,and mutated through the function of peculiar comprehensive factors.Some major agro-traits of the progenies SP0,SP1,SP2 and SP3 and SP4 derived from Qiongxiang-1S were investigated.According to the molecular level tests conducted by SSR markers,the amplified bands of 11 space mutated progenies(SP4) was different from that of control,indicating that mutation had happened in Qiongxiang-1S.The resistance of Qiongxiang-1S and its mutated progenies(SP4) to bacterial leaf blight was identified to select materials with high resistance.The study had great practice significance in breeding high quality disease resistant rice combination.
