不同产地云归中阿魏酸的含量测定 被引量:3

摘要 考察不同产地云归(Angelica sinensis)中主要化学成分阿魏酸含量的差异。采用反相高效液相色谱法测定4个产地的云归中阿魏酸的含量。色谱条件:ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相为0.5%冰醋酸和甲醇;检测波长275 nm;进样体积10μL;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃。结果表明,不同产地的云归中阿魏酸的含量分别为0.713 0 mg/g(大理)、0.646 5mg/g(丽江)、0.629 4 mg/g(楚雄)、0.630 1 mg/g(保山)。大理所产的云归中阿魏酸的含量最高。 The contents of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis collected from different areas were investigated.The ferulic acid contents in A.sinensis from 4 different regions were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chromatography conditions were as follow,ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase of 0.5% CH3COOH and CH3OH at 1.0 mL/min,and detected at wavelength of 275 nm with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,column temperature of 25 ℃.The content of ferulic acid in different areas of Angelica sinensis were 0.713 0 mg/g(Dali),0.646 5 mg/g(Lijiang),0.629 4 mg/g(Chuxiong),0.630 1 mg/g(Baoshan) respectively.The ferulic acid content of A.sinensis from Dali was the highest.
