Analysis on the Millet Industrial Development Strategy of Hebei Province Based on SWOT

在调查和分析河北省谷子产业现状的基础上,采用SWOT方法分析了河北省谷子产业发展具有的优势、劣势及面临的机遇和威胁,并据此制定了河北省谷子产业的发展战略:将河北省谷子生产区域划分为优势主产区、战略提升区和稳固发展区三个功能区,并确定相应的功能定位、主攻方向和建设目标,以促进河北省谷子产业的可持续发展。

After the investigation and analysis on the basis of the present situation of the millet industry in Hebei province,the SWOT method was used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses and the opportunities and threats of millet faced in Hebei province,and the millet industry development strategy of Hebei province was formulated,such as these,the millet production area of Hebei province was divided into three functional areas,including the main producing area,strategies ascension area,a solid development area,meanwhile,the corresponding functional orientation,the main direction of attack and the construction goal were determined in order to promote the sustainable development of Hebei province millet industry.
