摘要
采用富集培养法从污水处理厂浓缩污泥中获得一株能够高效降解苯胺的菌株AD-3,通过单因素试验和正交试验,得到苯胺降解最佳条件为温度30℃、初始pH 7.0、培养时间48 h和苯胺最大耐受浓度2 500 mg/L,此时的苯胺降解率达99.7%;重金属离子对该菌株降解苯胺有一定的抑制作用,其中Ag+和Hg2+的抑制作用较明显。
An efficient aniline degrading strain,AD-3,was screened from activated sludge samples collected from a sewage treatment plant by enrichment culture.By single factor and orthogonal test,the best conditions of aniline degradation by AD3 were as follows: 30 ℃,initial pH 7.0,48 hours of culture time,and 2 500 mg / L of aniline maximum tolerance concentration.Under the best condition,the degradation rate of aniline by AD-3 reached 99.7%.Heavy metal ions could inhibit the degradation of aniline by this strain,especially Ag+ and Hg2+.
