柚种质资源的抗寒性比较研究

Comparative Study on Cold-Resistance of Citrus grandis Germplasms

采用改进的组织外渗电导法,配合Logistic方程,分析比较了12个柚种质资源的抗寒性。结果表明,供试样品的低温半致死温度集中处在-7.00～-11.00℃区间,且李家河白柚(-10.53℃)抗寒性强,金香柚(-9.97℃)、广西刘家沙田柚(-9.36℃)较抗寒,广东沙田柚(-8.88℃)、来凤红心柚(-8.84℃)、杂柚(-8.51℃)、四季柚(-8.37℃)、福建平和柚(-8.20℃)属于抗寒类型;而台湾晚白柚、沙道沟红心柚、梁山柚、来凤白柚的抗寒性相对较弱。12个柚种质资源的抗寒性强弱排序为李家河白柚、金香柚、广西刘家沙田柚、广东沙田柚、来凤红心柚、杂柚、四季柚、福建平和柚、台湾晚白柚、沙道沟红心柚、梁山柚、来凤白柚。

Using modified tissue extravasation conductivity method,together with Logistic equation,the cold resistance of 12 pummelo[Citrus grandis(L.) Osbeck] germplasm resources was analyzed and compared.The results showed that the semilethal temperature of tested specimen concentrated in-7.00～-11.00 ℃;and Lijiahebaiyou was with strong cold resistance(-10.53 ℃);Jinxiangyou(-9.97 ℃),Guangxiliujiashatianyou(-9.36 ℃) was with relatively strong cold resistance;Guangdongshatianyou(-8.88 ℃),Laifenghongxinyou(-8.84 ℃),Zayou(-8.51 ℃),Sijiyou(-8.37 ℃),Fujianpingheyou(-8.20 ℃) belonged to cold resistant type;the cold resistance of Taiwanwanbaiyou,Shadaogouhongxinyou,Liangshanyou and Laifengbaiyou was relatively weak.The cold tolerance of 12 C.grandis germplasm resources ranked from strong to weak was Lijiahebaiyou,Jinxiangyou,Guangxiliujiashatianyou,Guangdongshatianyou,Laifenghongxinyou,Zayou,Sijiyou,Fujianpingheyou,Taiwanwanbaiyou,Shadaogouhongxinyou,Liangshanyou,Laifengbaiyou.
