摘要
为探讨植物生长调节剂IAA缓释处理对白肋烟烟株中上部烟叶烟碱含量的影响,在白肋烟烟株打顶后,采用不同缓释介质的IAA对白肋烟烟株进行缓释处理。结果表明,用IAA的凝胶帽处理和脱脂棉帽处理对白肋烟成熟期的生长有明显的促进作用,能促进中上部烟叶的开片,显著提高白肋烟烟叶的产量、质量;使白肋烟的中上部烟叶的烟碱和总氮含量下降、钾含量上升,内在化学成分更趋协调,评吸质量得以提高;从缓释介质考虑,采用凝胶介质的效果更好。
Through field tests,the influence of slow-release IAA after topping on yield,quality and chemical components of burley tobacco was tested.The results showed that IAA slowly released through gel cap or absorbent cotton could significant promote the growth of burley tobacco in maturing stage.And it was helpful for improving yield and quality of burley tobacco.In upper leaves,the nicotine and total nitrogen contents were decreased while potassium content was increased.In addition,chemical components were more appropriate and smoking quality was improved.Treatment with absorbent cotton was more effective than gel cap.
