摘要
进入21世纪后,政府加大农业支持力度的战略意图凸显。据此,通过辨识国外财政农业投入支持、农产品价格支持、农业补贴支持、金融支持、农业生态补偿支持等农业支持政策,将有助于吸取经验与教训,并得到有益启示,继而提高中国农业支持效率。
The stratagem of strengthening the government’s support to agricultural industry was displayed since the beginning of 21st Century.Accordingly,identifying agricultural support policy including foreign financial input support in agriculture,price support of agricultural products,agricultural subsidies to support,financial support,agricultural ecological compensation support would help to learn the experience and lessons,get beneficial inspiration,and thus improve the efficiency of Chinese agricultural support.
