四平市“政-校-企”农民工培训模式探讨

Discussion on “Government-School-Enterprise” Training Mode for Migrant Workers

通过采取政府、学校和企业联合举办农民工培训班的方式,开发"政-校-企"农民工培训模式,使政府、学校、企业和农民工4方参与者都可以在培训中受益。实践发现,四平市"政-校-企"农民工培训模式是可行的,可为政府、培训学校和企业的农民工培训提供参考。

"Government-school-enterprise" training mode for migrant workers was developed by co-raising training course by government,schools and enterprises so that government,schools,enterprises and migrant workers could be benefit from the training.It was proved by practice that the "government-school-enterprise" training mode for migrant workers was feasible,which provided reference for government,training schools and enterprises in training migrant workers.
