Some Thoughts on Achieving Sustainable Development of Agricultural Research Institution

阐述了影响农业科研单位实现可持续发展的四大要素,并结合湖北省农业科学院的实际,分析了农业科研单位的发展现状及存在的问题,指出要实现农业科研单位的可持续发展必须解决好思想认识问题、战略目标问题、组织制度问题和对策措施问题,提出了相应的解决思路和行动方案。

The four elements of achieving sustainable development in agricultural research institutions were introduced and the development status and the problems of the agricultural research institution were analyzed with the actual in Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It was pointed out that the agricultural research institution should resolve the ideological issues,strategic objectives,the organization problems and countermeasures problems in order to achieve the sustainable development.The corresponding resolving idea and action scheme were also proposed.
